This policy explains what information the Yona Interior Design Studio website (yonadesign.com) collects, why, and what your rights are regarding it. The website is operated by Yona Interior Design Studio, led by Lior Yona.

Information you provide in the contact form

When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provided one) and the content of your message. The information is sent to the studio's email inbox and is not stored on the website itself.

You are not legally required to provide this information, but without a name, an email address, and the message itself we cannot get back to you. Providing a phone number is up to you.

We will use the information only to get back to you and handle your inquiry. We will not send you marketing messages without your consent, and we will not sell or pass the information on to others, apart from the service providers listed below.

Contacting us on WhatsApp, by phone or on Instagram

When you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, the conversation takes place on those services, and their privacy policies apply to it as well. When you call us, we use your phone number and the details you share on the call only to get back to you and handle your inquiry.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand how the website is used, we count page views, taps on WhatsApp buttons and form submissions, together with general details: the type of device (phone or computer), where you came from (for example, Google or Instagram), time spent on the page and how far you scrolled. The data is kept only as aggregate counts, without IP addresses, names or any personal identifier, and cannot be linked to you.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which anonymously measures page views, the site you came from, your type of device and browser, your country and how quickly pages load. It does not use cookies or browser storage to track you, does not collect personal information and does not follow you across websites.

To do this, the website stores a few small details in your browser: the date of your last visit (to know whether this is a return visit), where you came from on the current visit, and whether you have already seen the WhatsApp button. These details stay on your device, and you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not include third-party advertising or user-tracking tools. One cookie is used by the studio only, so that our own visits to the website are not counted in the statistics.

Service providers that help us

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security, an automatic check that prevents spam submissions through the form, and anonymous visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
  • Resend: sending form messages to the studio's email inbox.

These providers may process the information on servers outside Israel, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Information security and retention

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Messages sent through the form are kept in the studio's email inbox for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and stay in touch with you.
